Onwards and upwards in 2020

2019- the turning point

2019 has been a great year for OnPoint Mortgages and we have been able to help an even greater number of our amazing customers with expert advice on their funding requirements. To better support our clients, we boosted our administration team, bringing Rachel Merryweather and Sam Cole on board, as well Phoebe Simmons our business development manager. This means we are moving into 2020 with our strongest team yet to bring you developments.

Increased Engagement

A key responsibility of Phoebe will be working with our very own advisers, as well as our associates, to bring you interesting content and key industry knowledge. These partners and their expertise have been integral to our success and they include Qandor, Property Entrepreneur, Brighton PIN, Crawley Property Meet, The Property Finance Guy, 99 Home, Lighthouse Capital Group, City One, Worldwide Property Co and Dwell Leeds.

Digital Mortgage System

We have launched our new digital online portal. This will allow clients to send information and upload documents safely and securely. Both you and your adviser can update information in real time, great for landlords looking to keep track of their portfolio and stay organised for future applications. It also includes free Hometrack valuations and allows us to remind you in advance, when existing deals are coming up for renewal.

Worthing Property Network

On Tuesday the 10th of March we are launching the Worthing Property Network, with the aim being to shine a light on the opportunities that exist in this exciting Sussex coastal town. We are privileged to have Andy Willem, Head of Place & Economy at Adur & Worthing Councils as out first guest speaker. In addition, there is amazing support for the event from incredible local businesses such as MHA Carpenter Box, Wannops, Leaders and John Ireland at Legacy Wills.

Commitment to flexible working

We have long had a commitment to flexible working, which will not change. Six, soon to be seven, of our staff have young children and this approach keeps one of our core values, family, at the centre of our business. This enables us to both attract and retain talent, while our team are happier and better able to service our customers without the stress of unnecessary commutes.
